Hello.

I'm a husband, adventurer, enterprise builder, exited entrepreneur and outdoor enthusiast.

Most recently, I’ve served as an enterprise transformation and business operations leader who builds operating systems that help organizations scale with clarity, discipline, and trust.

Today, I work at the intersection of strategy and execution—designing operating models, governance, and leadership cadence that turn intent into results. My work spans manufacturing, consumer brands, and complex, federated organizations where growth has outpaced operating structure. I’m particularly focused on enabling leaders to make better decisions, execute consistently, and do so in a way that preserves culture, values, and long-term stewardship.

I’m currently based in the Seattle area and serve in senior leadership roles across manufacturing and consumer businesses, advising executive teams and general managers on enterprise operating models, integrated planning, performance management, and change leadership. A consistent thread throughout my career has been people-first leadership: building teams, clarifying roles, and embedding accountability so organizations can perform without burning trust.

Earlier in my career, I built and scaled businesses from the ground up, including founding and leading Semi Exact through growth and exit, and co-founding One Spark, a large-scale, publicly visible platform that required coordination across civic leaders, sponsors, and thousands of volunteers. Those experiences shaped how I think about governance, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making under pressure.

I’ve also worked in clean technology, consulted with Fortune 500 companies on growth and operational excellence, and held senior marketing and sales leadership roles in large, international product organizations. Across all of it, the work has been the same: create clarity, prioritize ruthlessly, and help teams execute well.

Outside of work, I spend as much time outdoors as possible—backpacking, running, cycling, and exploring new places. Those pursuits continue to reinforce how I lead: steady progress, respect for limits, and an appreciation for long-term outcomes over short-term wins.
